About Psychotherapy
A psychotherapist can offer an environment in which you can:
Psychotherapy sessions are confidential. This means that you can talk about things you might not be able to discuss with anyone else.

The Humanistic and Integrative Approach
I believe that nobody knows what is best for you more than you do.
My approach is to deeply listen and to understand you; to witness how it is and what it means to be you in the context of your life.
Integrative psychotherapy means that I work with various relational approaches to psychotherapy. Ultimately, I will be focused on the person and the therapeutic relationship as opposed to any specific, or set, theory or method. My perspective is person-centred, influenced by an interest in Jungian analytical psychology and mindfulness meditation practice.
Central to my approach is the relationship. I believe that all psychotherapeutic theories and approaches have value in aiding the therapeutic relationship that together we will cultivate.
